Set the database process priority class.

{ dbsrv9 | dbeng9 } -gb { idle | normal | high | maximum } ...

Description 

Set the database process priority class. The value idle is provided for completeness, and maximum may interfere with the running of your computer. Normal and high are the commonly used settings.
