ULPalmDBStream function (deprecated)

ul_stream_defn ULPalmDBStream( void );

Description 

Defines a stream under the Palm Computing Platform suitable for HotSync and Scout Sync.

This function is deprecated. The stream parameter is not needed for HotSync synchronization, and may be UL_NULL.
