Tutorial: Build an Application Using the C++ API

Restore the sample database

Now that you have completed the tutorial, you should restore the sample database so that it can be used again. You created a copy of the UltraLite 9.0 Sample database in Lesson 1: Getting started. You can now replace the version of custdb.db that you just changed with the copy.

To restore the sample database

  1. Copy the custdb.db file from your tutorial directory to the UltraLite\Samples\CustDB subdirectory of your SQL Anywhere directory.

  2. In the same directory, delete the transaction log file custdb.log.

Your sample database is now restored to its original state.
