utf8 -> utf8x

Starting from version 20041017, upstream renamed "utf8.def" to
"utf8x.def". "utf8.def" is now considered obsolete, so please use 

  \usepackage[utf8x]{inputenc}

instead of

  \usepackage[utf8]{inputenc}

for new documents.

The original names of the two perl scripts latexout.pl and
discovermacro.pl have been changed to unicode-latexout and
unicode-discovermacro, since the original names seemed too generic
and have been placed in the $BASEDIR/bin directory.

Unicode tex package path is $BASEDIR/share/texmf/tex/latex/unicode .
