mathpple Use PostScript Palatino for typesetting maths.

The package defines the PostScript font family `Palatino' (ppl) as the default roman font and then uses the `mathpple' fonts for typesetting math. These virtual fonts have been created for typesetting math in a style that suits the Palatino text fonts. The AMS fonts, when used additionally, will be scaled to fit Palatino.

Mathpple is now incorporated into psnfss, but users should consider mathpazo in its place (since mathpple's output is inferior to that of mathpazo). The author is Walter Schmidt.
