The package is designed to localise any document class or package. This should be very useful for end-users who could obtain messages in their own prefered language. It is really easy to use by class/package writers.

File names and syntax are still under consideration. Volunteers are welcome to test it, report, and even localise the messages file in their own language. Documentation is provided in... English (-like). The author is Bernard Gaulle.
