Loads synchronization scripts only once, for better performance.

Without the -f option, the MobiLink synchronization server checks to see if synchronization scripts have changed during regular operation. This checking is helpful during development, but can have an unnecessary performance impact in a production environment. With the -f option, the MobiLink synchronization server loads the synchronization scripts.
